Returns & Warranties
We want you to be satisfied with your Uplift purchase. Should you have a problem with your Uplift product, please follow these steps:
1. Contact the company from whom you purchased the product. This is often the quickest way to resolve a problem since most dealers will provide replacement products immediately for you.
2. If your product is still under warranty and you cannot contact the dealer, please contact us directly.
Return Procedure
1. Contact us before returning any product. In some cases, we may be able to provide a replacement part and more quickly resolve your issue.
2. If we instruct you to send a product back, it must have the Return Authorization Number we provide clearly marked on the outside of the box or our shipping department will refuse shipment.
